Learning Outcomes
Students are expected to get familiarized with the concepts of Sport Psychology, comprehend the ways with which it contributes to the enhancement of training outcomes, understand the theoretical approaches and apply various suggested techniques, connect theory to practice in class, be sensetive to the treatment of the human factor both in training and competitions, comprehend what contitutes myth and what reality of psychological preparation of athletes and become aware of the approaches to be adopted in order to build efficient teams.
