Course Content (Syllabus)
The course will provide mainly practice in the use of modern English in academic issues, particularly in the fields of the historical development of the language and its role in modern societies. Students will be provided with photocopies of English texts from journals, books, the Web etc, which will serve as the basis of our linguistic analysis and practice.
