Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students are expected to have acquired fundamental knowledge of diseases amenable to surgical treatment as well as some basic skills required for carrying out simple surgical operations, to be further developed in more advanced semesters.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The training of the student in the basic knowledge of surgery, the surgical approach to the patient, the clinical examination and history, preoperative preparation and postoperative care, nutrition and disorders of water and ilektrolyton.I diagnosis andthe therapeutic approach surgical diseases and perform simple surgical skills.
Objectives and expected results of clinical practice:
Preparing students for entry into the main surgical conditions and simple surgical procedures in the next examina.Apoktisi ksi literacy skills. Update on key sources of information and research.
