Learning Outcomes
The specific course/practice focuses on new technologies and emerging markets to further open up the narrow professional horizons of physicians. In addition, the education of students in the real conditions of everyday medicine outside the hospital, their better preparation for practicing medicine after graduation and generally their scientific and social formation through acquaintance with the range of activities using new technologies so in Primary Health Care (PHC) as well as in general.
Learning outcomes.
By successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
-appreciate the technological needs of health care
-design protocols for the implementation of new systems in health care and assess / evaluate the extent of their success / impact
-record user health system requirements and work with other professional health design teams
-apply modern methodologies and use modern systems / technological solutions in the exercise of PHC
-recognize the epidemiological - population perspective of health problems in the community, being aware of the possibilities of disease prevention and health promotion by means of new technologies and through interaction with a whole range of relevant services and programs and the use of technology
-implement new healthcare technologies in the community, understanding the range of scientific and functional features that include health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and social reintegration
-be able to better explain the relationship between biological, psychological and social factors, as well as patients' expectations in terms of diagnosing and managing their problems regardless of age, nationality and gender.
