Learning Outcomes
Following successfully completing this course, students will be able to, 1) obtain a focused neurological history, 2) perform a comprehensive neurological examination, 3) correctly interpret the findings of a neurological examination, 4) evaluate and differentialy diagnose a neurological disease and proceed with its management and treatment.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The syllabus provides an intergrated knowledge of the nervous system in physiological and pathological conditions. This knowledge derives from the study of anatomy and physiolgy of the nervous system asa well as from the understanding of the pathophysilogical mechanisms of disease and their diagnosis and treatment. Clinical courses in the teaching room(theory) and practical training in the clinical wards (practice)include : history taking, understanding and performing a neurological examination,localize a lesion in the nervous system and recognize a neurological disease.
