Course Content (Syllabus)
Basic principles, embryo transfer, embryo collection, embryo quality assessment, embryo freezing and storage, multiple ovulation. In vitro embryo production, in vitro oocyte development, in vitro oocyte fertilization, embryo development up to transfer. Farm animal fertilization techniques. Embryo sexing. Cloning of farm animals. In vitro embryo production. Embryo transfer. Embryo splitting. Nuclear transfer.
