Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this course, students: 1. Have proven knowledge and ability to understand issues in special field of Company Law. 2. Be able to use in practice the knowledge and understanding ability acquired. 3. Be able to develop and support legal arguments and to propose practical solutions to legal problems on the special field of Company Law. 4. Be able to provide accurate information on special issues of Company Law towards to both qualified and non-qualified audience.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course "SPECIAL TOPICS IN COMMERCIAL COMPANIES" covers particular issues from the whole range of company law which allow for a more thorough understanding: partnerships (e.g. exit and forced removal of a partner), private companies (e.g. functioning of capital even without a minimum limit of capital), public companies (e.g. derivative action), corporate transformations (in particular mergers and divisions).
