Learning Outcomes
The following aims are defined as learning outcomes: a) getting general knowledge of the Greek Civil Procedural Law system, b) increasing the students’ capacity to connect theory and practice, c) revealing the method of approaching foreign jurisprudence and theory, d) getting future lawyers and judges familiar with the latest developments in Greek ordinary first instance, as well as, in principle, second instance proceedings, e) development of the ability of the students to approach and understand the methods of appeal as well as the principles and means of enforcement.
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course teaches the main institutions and concepts of the Greek Civil Procedural Law system. The content of the course deals with certain basic issues of the ordinary first instance, as well as, in principle, second instance proceedings, evidence law, the enforcement proceedings for money claims.
