Course Content (Syllabus)
Freedom of associations and national Constitution. Sources of collective labour law. Work councils. Syndicates, unions and the relationship with their members. The constitutional organisation of the enterprise. Works regulations. Enterprise and factory. Disciplinary right at the level of the factory. International conventions. Trade union freedom and its protection. Trade unions and employers' associations. Institutionalised relations between employees, employers and the government at the national level. Settlement of industrial disputes. Collective bargaining. Collective arbitration. Levels (categories) of collective contracts. Strikes.
