Learning Outcomes
The main objective of the course is to give students basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise issues. In addition, students are informed about issues related to the specific needs of trainees in relation to the nutrients of food (macro-micro nutrients and water).

The criteria and methods of evaluation and grading are present in the study guide but also are communicated orally in the first course. During the semester students are invited to take part in an intermediate formative assessment with multiple choice questions and to present as a group an article study related to the topic of the course (30% participation in the final grade)de
