Knowledge of operation of electronic circuits with diodes, BJTs, FETs, and operational amplifiers
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course students will have a good knowledge of analog circuit design, will be able to analyze complex circuits in individual units and describe their operation, will be able to identify their characteristics and calculate their performance. They will also have a good knowledge of the basic building blocks and how to design an operational amplifier circuit and how to use it to develop application circuits.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Amplifier configurations with bipolar transistors (BJTs), Differential Amplifiers, Bias circuits, Current mirrors, Current sources and voltage references, AB class power modules(push-pull, Basic structure of Operational Amplifiers, Op-Amp based circuits in linear mode and in comparator mode (amplifiers, filters, multivibrators).
