A comprehensive-systemic definition of law and the multiple connecting bridges between legal theory (and dogmatic legal science) and legal practice. Sociological Schools of thought (dialectics, structural-functionalism, Marxism and Conflict Theory, Max Weber's "Verstehende Soziologie", systems theory, socio-semiotics, socio-cybernetics).
