Course Content (Syllabus)
During the enforcement proceedings, the conflict of interests intensifies and fundamental principles of constitutional, civil and civil procedural law are being put to a severe test. This course extends to delve into critical issues of enforcement law for the collection and satisfaction of civil law claims.
