The course has no formal prerequisites. In order for the participants to be able to understand better the structure of the taught crimes and related theoretical issues of general nature (e.g. attempt, participation, grounds of justification or excuse) it is recommended that they have already got familiar with basic concepts and doctrinal structures of Criminal Law by attending the courses Criminal Law.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have in depth knowledge of the legal framework related to all subjects of the course and will be able to deal with complex cases in this area.

Course Content (Syllabus)
This course examines the criminal provisions related to ensuring transparency in the financing of political parties, the politicians' crimes regarding their statements on their income and their bribery. It also examines the procedure as regards corruption of politicians, as for example the decision for an unnecessary procurement, the avoidance of the legal procedure for the award of a project, as well as the biased evaluation of the tenders
