Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the practicum in university forests, students will have acquired the following knowledge, skills or abilities in the subjects: 1. Construction and construction of forest roads, 2. Stabilisation of slopes and roads, 3. Maintenance of forest roads and protection of the environment from the construction of forest roads 4. Dimensioning and construction of Economic and durable roads and technical works, use of by-products and recyclable materials. 5. Environmental Road Construction 6. Environmental Impact Studies of roads, paths, etc.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Internship in university forests where students through collecting field data should be able to deliver group work related to the subjects: 1. Planning and construction of a forest road, 2. Study of Planning of Technical Works and Stabilisation of steep slopes 3. Environmental impact assessments for the construction of forest roads 3. Proposal for the maintenance of forest roads 4. Dimensioning and construction of economical and durable roads and technical projects, using industrial by-products and certified recyclable materials.
