Course Content (Syllabus)
Experimental pluralism. During the semester, guided by the production and development of their individual work, the students are individually supported with the aim of converting the quantity of their individual production into quality. During the course through individualized exercises in the studio the practical skills of the students are developed in depth while they are confronted with the central goal of the consistent articulation of artistic ideas through a resilient and coherent way of expression. At least four (4) action plans, individually and collectively, are implemented during the semester beyond the focus of education on painting production and these come from the joint decision of teachers and students. Works by students are proposed after the selection of teachers to present experimental artistic approaches mainly in the laboratory or alternatively in other exhibition spaces, while students are encouraged by teachers in the organization of group exhibitions.
