Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students are expected to: • Correlate the skills of developing their drawing ability and painting results with an oversight upon the Visual Arts, all in accordance with their chosen printmaking discipline. • Seek their distinctive/idiosyncratic artistic language in relation to the theory of Art and its aesthetics. • Involve themselves in a dialogue with the contemporary artistic production, as well as with the constantly broadening applied morphological processes. • Further supplement the dialogue between professor and student in a substantial/meaningful way by cultivating a spirit of free research in pursue of achieving quality and diversity of their aesthetic goals. • Develop a spirit of collaboration through collective projects aiming to exchange views with professors and fellow students.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The content of this course is the so-called proportional and reference drawing by studying the human figure. It includes planned observational drawing exercises as well as drawing from memory. The aim is to study, observe, depict and further develop the applications of drawing elements such as the line, form, volume, space as well as various sketching processes and drawing techniques using a variety of drawing materials.

Description
Views are realized for the teaching of the course, usage of different design programs via the P.C. It is proposed to visit via internet big galleries, museums, etc. With controlled access of the students that are interested in using the computers that are in the Laboratory (1st floor of the Laboratory). The students use the e-mail as a direct means of communication and have access to the announcements of the laboratory, that are posted in the website of the Faculty.
