Bioanalysis and its applications. Omics fields: Genomics, proteomics, metabolomics. DNA analysis. Metallomics. Biological matrices and their particular properties in sample pre-treatment. Macromolecular interactions and interactions of macromolecules with pharmaceuticals. Bioanalytical techniques in sample preparation and their application in the analysis of biological samples: application of enzymes in analysis (immobilized enzymes receptors array techniques), immunoassay techniques, biosensors, electrophoresis/capillary electrophoresis, micro- and nano techniques, bioseparation techniques, centrifugation techniques, Mass spectroscopy. Atomic spectroscopy and hyphenated techniques. Applications in the analysis of biological samples. Chiral chromatography. Preparative chromatography. Affinity chromatography.
