Learning Outcomes
Aim of the module is to help masters students:
a) get in touch with the principles of the science of adapted physical education
b) learn principles of kinesiology and their links with changes in human movement as a consequence of disability
c)know the movement-related, cognitive, sensory and emotional states that need to be adapted in physical education classes (PE)
d) to learn how to implement changes in physical education classes aiming to promote integration of children with disabilities in the typical class and be able to apply contemporary training methods and adapt technological devices in high level adapted sport.
