Learning Outcomes
After the successful completion of the course the students will: - comprehend the basic notions of the "juridical act" and the "expression of will" - have gotten acquainted with the differences between the types of juridical act and their application on practical cases - be able to develop arguments and resolve legal cases on issues concerning the materials covered in the course.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Notion of juridical act. Τypes of juridical act. Εxpression of will. Contract. Form of juridical acts. Interpretation of juridical acts. Defective expression of will. Void juridical acts. Conditions and time limits, Agency. Approval.

The performance of students is assessed at examinations that take place at the end of each semester. Oral presentations and case-notes written by the students are also taken into consideration.
