Learning Outcomes
After the successful completion of the course, the students will:
- fully comprehend the basic concepts of the Law of Obligations (special part), their function and their application on practical cases
- comprehend the basic characteristics and the regulation of the individual contractual types in the Civil Code
- understand the function of civil liability and its distinction to contractual and non- contractual
- be able to develop arguments and resolve legal cases on issues concerning the materials covered in the course.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Distinction between general and special part of the law of obligations. Mixed contracts. Donation. Contract of sale. Unjust enrichment. Torts. Defrauding of creditors.

Student Assessment
Description
The performance of students is assessed by means of written exams, which take place at the end of each semester. Oral presentations and case-notes written by the students are also taken into consideration.
