After the completion of the course, the students will be able to: - to comprehend the complexity of employment relations in contemporary work environments - to provide Legal advice to employees regarding their rights and to employers regarding their obligations - to fully grasp the grave socio-economic consequences of employment contracts

Course Content (Syllabus)
The categories of employees (blue collar, white collar, temporary workers). The individual labour relation and labour contracts (form and content, legal capacity of the parties). Employment for limited and unlimited time. Rights and duties of the parties (employer-employee) during the course of the dependent labour relationship. Working time, overwork, overtime, holidays,Sunday rest. Suspension and termination of the work contract. Work accidents. Settlement of individual disputes.
