Learning Outcomes
The course will provide practice in the use of modern English on academic topics, mainly literary criticism. The aim is to develop students' skills in oral and written communication at an advanced level.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Students will be given in class photocopies of English texts from journals, books, the Web, etc, which will serve as the basis of our linguistic analysis and practice.
