Course Content (Syllabus)
Syllabus: Counseling in monogenic -polygenic disease, Screening and preclinical diagnosis of people at high risk for genetic diseases, Possibilities of prenatal diagnosis, Counseling in the syndromes often discovered by amniocentesis, Non-invasive prenatal diagnosis of fetal cells and free fetal DNA in maternal blood, Gene therapy, Control of paternity, Malformations, Genetic Counseling and the pediatric surgeon, Diagnostic approach and screening to hereditary metabolic diseases, Informing parents of infants with multiple malformations, ektromelia, Congenital malformations, Counseling in disorders of the skull morphology, in bone, renal, abdominal genetic lesions, hereditary endocrinological diseases and disorders of the nervous system, Primary immunodeficiency, Congenital hematological disorders, Clinical approach to genetically diseased infant, Oncogenes and antioncogenes, Cancer Genetic Counseling.

Description
Evaluation of students: The evaluation of students takes place during the course of their training with their presence and oral assessment. The final exam is written ( 10 subjects based on the Syllabus contained in the book of course). Overall Assessment-Evaluation is based on the degree of the final exam and their daily efficiency.
