Course Content (Syllabus)
This course invites the exploration of the function of theology. After recalling the basic theological distinctions between theology and economie, charismatic and scientific theology, the reason why these theological principles emerged in the historical context and the dialogue between the theologians of the Church and the thought of their time is examined. What exactly are the hermeneutical keys with which the great fathers in the first five centuries formulated Christian thought in a fruitful confrontation with the great heresies, with a focus on the approach to the biblical texts? The educational process is through textual analysis.
