Learning Outcomes
The study and analysis of the dynamic behavior for digital control systems. The design of digital feedback systems for desired dynamic performance. The application of digital control design methods in mechanical, electrical, thermal, hydraulic and process systems.

Digital control system design Digital PID – Root locus techniques 4. Enhancement of feedback control systems Cascade and feedforward control systems Multi-loop control systems 5. Control system design in the frequency domain Nyquist stability criterion Performance criteria in frequency domain 6. Active vibration control in structures System dynamics – Actuators and sensors Semi-active and active control systems 7.
