Learning Outcomes
After successful course completion , students should be able to: - to recognize, describe end explain the basic scientific terms and concepts and especially comprehend the necessary knowledge for the construction and operation of the various human body Systems and organs. - to combine and utilize effectively the anatomy knowledge, especially that of the musculoskeletal system (bones , joints, muscle, tendons), which will be necessary for the student of Physical Education, in order to assist him and prepare him as an introduction on Functional Anatomy course with the ultimate goal of comprehending human body movements and movement composition which is the desired subject level for the Physical Education Professor.

Course Content (Syllabus)
GENERAL ANATOMY (DEFINITIONS,THE CELL,ORGANS,SYSTEMS) • Bone System • Syndesmology • Joints Musculature , torso muscles , head , neck , chest , abdomen , back , upper limb (shoulder girdle,arm, forearm , hand) , lower limb (pelvic girdle , thigh , tibia , foot). • Circulatory system • Respiratory tract • Nervous system • From other systems selectively basic knowledge is required

Description
After relevant student update at the teaching onset of the course ,during the examination period a written part will be held combined with an oral part requiring brief contribution , during which the examinee’s critical capacity is evaluated. Also , co evaluation of an elaborated written study from the course is performed.
