Learning Outcomes
The students gain the ability to determine the coordinates of control points through the fundamental methods of sections, resections, Hansen and present horizontal and vertical representation of details. Moreover, they are able to perform area and volume computations and finaly draw complete surveying drawings.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The topographic space and imagery. Designations surveying benchmarks. Rectangular and polar coordinates. Fundamental problems. Designations topographic points with incisions. Intersection. Resection. Problem Hansen. Polygonometria. Mapping points of detail. Horizontal and elevation display of the details. Surveying drawings. Cadastral, hydrographic and underground displays. Computation of areas and volumes. Draw surveying drawing in scale 1:200, in area of ​​about 15 acres.

Description
Use videoprojectors in class and PC lab (TopoLab). Use of PCs and appropriate software to implement the final semester's project. Communication between students and the instructors' team through the course's website and email .

Description
Oral Examination in the semester final project, namely the preparation of topographical surveys, compliance with the specifications. After successful examination, following written examination to test the theoretical knowledge and the ability to perform good topographic calculations.
