Development of the ability to recognise und understand the main interpretative issues related to the taught provisions, to use appropriate interpretative methods for solving them, to present und critically evaluate the opinions supported about them in science and jurisprudence and to apply correctly the provisions in the framework of practical exercises.
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course attempts to elucidate the formation of new cultural sensitivities in relation to specific crimes produced in the typical social, economic and cultural environment of late modernity. There will be a discussion of what constitutes "common" and what "temperamental" elements in the context of the western reception of modern manifestations of "everyday" crimes or "minor" crimes, as well as an analysis of the prevention strategies that accompany them: status instead of general prevention.
