Learning Outcomes
• To apply and teach fundamental body skills and handling skills with rhythmic gymnastics apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and alternative apparatus. • To use the appropriate teaching methods and relevant methodology depenting on the biological and training age of children/athletes regardless gender. • To recognize and use the basic rhythms of music according to the age of the children in order to train them in music-motor education. • To design and implement training plans in both the young and older competition categories (pre-competition catergory, hopes, pre-juniors, juniors, women). • To know and apply the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Code of Points in the competition compositions of the above categories. • To be able to participate as a judge in National Championship compretitions at least in the categories of hpes and pre-juniors.
