Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion the students will be able to:
- implement aerobic training and muscle strengthening programs
- teach basic pilates and yoga programs
- design personal fitness programs with weights and use fitness equipment for people with special needs of recovery from injuries or for overall physical improvement
Course Content (Syllabus)
a) Learning programs high intensity interval training (h. I. I. t), cross fit programs, as well as the basic teachings of Pilates and yoga programs. b) personal training programs for each age
