Upon successful completion of this course students will: 1. to assess the importance and benefits of processing of agricultural products. 2. to analyze economic effectiveness of a processing unit and to suggest improvements and solutions .3. may prepare plans restructuring the production in a manufacturing plant of agricultural products.

Meaning and necessity of processing, entities of manufacturing, benefits of processing of agricultural products. 2.Basic conditions of manufacturing industry of agricultural products. 3.Market structure and economic organization of postpoetic units. 4. Vertical organization in Production and Economies of Scale 5.Marketw organization. 6. Processing costs, structure and cost estimate of processing. 7. Pricing behavior of manufacturing units 8. Strategic production and promotion of processed products 9. Political consolidation in manufacturing. 10. Measuring the Performance of manufacturing units. 11. Economic balance of the processing plant. 12. Place selection to establish manufacturing industry 13. Internal organization (organization chart) and operating rules of processing manufacturing industry.
