Course Content (Syllabus)
Geomorphology and Physiography. Endogenous and exogenous factors. Geomorphological action of water flow, sea water, gravity, wind and glaciers. Karstic phenomena. Physical, chemical and biological weathering. Soil genesis. Factors of soil genesis (parent material, climate, vegetation, topography, time). Soil genesis processes. Soil erosion. Principles of soil classification. Effect of soil environment on plant development.
