Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the students will be able to: 1. recognize the major diseases on the main vegetable and arable crop species, based on their symptoms 2. suggest control measures based on the knowledge of each disease's epidemiology.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Major diseases caused by fungi, prokaryotic organisms and viruses on vegetable and arable crops. Specifically, description of disease symptomatology, aetiology, epidemiology and control is included.
