Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. identify mite characteristics and functions 2. understand the relations of mites with plants and their economic importance 3. identify injuries caused by various mites to plants, humans and commodities 4. identifly the mite families and species with agricultural importance 5. apply different methods for mite control
