Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the courses, students will be able to provide solutions to practical beekeeping difficulties, to manage an apiary, but even to be able to work with bees and become beekeeper themselves. With the continuous practical training provided by the course, students become able to apply beekeeping seasonal manipulations, to produce, processes and market bee products (honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, wax and bee venom).

Course Content (Syllabus)
Professional beekeeping, elements of bee biology, bee hive inspection, seasonal management of the bee hives: Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer, prevention and suppression of swarming, bee plants, feedings, beehives transportations, royal jelly pollen, propolis production techniques, queen rearing, emergency of bees pests and diseases, standardization, quality control and marketing of honey
