Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student must know the basic methodologies and tools of comparative studies (intertextuality, relations between literature and the arts, the concept of rewriting, interculturalism), must be able to apply the different methodologies in the practice of analysis of the literary text and demonstrate that they have acquired the concept of the supranational dimension of literature.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to comparative literature and methodology through a theoretical intake of comparative literature and themes through comparative data and content (literature and myth, literature and rewriting, literature and arts, interculturality, intertextuality etc).

Description
Communication with the students is performed via email. We use the computer for bibliographic research etc. The lessons is performed en presence.

Student Assessment
Description
The students will be evaluted with a final oral exam. The attending ones can support two exams in early sessions during the semester. The examination will be considered passed if the stuents will pass both of the tests.
