Upon successful completion of the course students will have: - acquired knowledge of the theory and practice of inter-artistic and inter-disciplinary theory and practice while experiencing study and writing tools within this context - will have learned to distinguish among inter-disciplinarity, multi-disciplinarity, trans-disciplinarity - will have learned how to move swiftly and operate successfully within the field of inter-disciplinarity and multi-disciplinarity - will have practiced the theory and practice of inter-artistic and interdisciplinary paradigms, handling tools of the specific areas and using them while exploring on work topics and elaborating on them - will have become aware of methodological and practical issues rising during research within the inter-artistic and inter-disciplinary field of study.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Inter-artistic, inter-disciplinary affinities and interpretation: synergies towards new methodological models The course focuses on the presentation of inter-artistic and inter-disciplinary affinities as vehicles for the expansion of Modern Greek philological interpretation through synergies towards new methodological models. Concrete examples of the theory and practice of such synergies will be presented and a research orientation to find more such models will be fostered.

Description
Assessment is based on individual written and oral formative assignments or an individual written final assignment and students have been beforehand informed on the structure and expected qualities of the assignments so as to attend and live up to the requisites. Students are evaluated both on completion of the essay(s)(80%) and while in progress through oral presentations of the material and methods of the essay(s)(20%).
