Learning Outcomes
Upon course completion students will be able to: 1. Understand at a basic level the specifications and requirements to practice the civil engineering profession. 2. Identify the modern fields and trends of the civil engineering profession as well as the skills required to practice it. 3. Comprehend the applicability of the knowledge obtained during their studies by applying them at a basic to satisfactory level on the professional field. 4. Apply fundamental skills and develop qualities required for practicing the civil engineering profession, such as responsibility, commitment, extroversion.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Selection criteria for practicing professional activities. Introduction to the practice of professional activities in working environments. Description of main professional activities in the working environment of civil engineers. Rules, responsibilities, and obligations in the working environment. On site traineeship. Composition of technical reports, lessons-learned reports, and evaluation reports.
