Learning Outcomes
After the succesfull completion of the course students will be capable of: 1. Understanding the legal environment under which the public works are performed from financing to the operation of the infratstructure 2. Understanding the legal environment under which the private projects are constructed in Greece

Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to funding programs in the country from the EU. Analysis of the basic principles of Community law, with emphasis to co-financed public projects. Presentation of the legal framework for public services. Analysis of the current institutional framework for public works. Introduction to the legal framework for private projects.
