Learning Outcomes
Following successful completion of this course students will have acquired basic communication skills in the context of clinical praxis (e.g., obtaining medical history, active listening, open-closed question techniques, explanation, understanding, crisis management, development of empathy, cooperation-adherence to medical instructions, anouncing bad news, management of difficult patients, limits management, time management, balancing professional and personal life etc.).
