Course Content (Syllabus)
The literary work of Nikos Kazantzakis was essential for the evolution of Modern Greek poetry and fiction and important for the shaping of ideological area of the 20th century. The main poetic compositions of Kazantzakis will be studied, as well as texts belonging to the literary items of fiction and drama. Also, literary criticisms of his multifaceted work will be studied.
