Student Assessment
Description
Final examinations include assessment of students in theory (40%) and practice (60%). The level of theoretical knowledge is assessed by questions included in the syllabus of the semester. The practical part of the examination carried out by performing programs in three apparatus of gymnastics (floor exercises, vaulting and even an apparatus of free choice of students), including the exercises taught during the semester. The ability of the students in the methodical and didactic of the semester exercises is also evaluated and the aid modalities and security that they apply are taken into account. The assessment of the level of theoretical knowledge is done in writing or orally, with questions included in the material of the semester. Also, individual or group work (optional) can be prepared, with the free choice of a gymnastics topic.
Student Assessment methods
  • Written Exam with Multiple Choice Questions (Formative, Summative)
  • Written Exam with Short Answer Questions (Summative)
  • Written Assignment (Formative)
  • Oral Exams (Formative, Summative)
  • Practical examination (Formative, Summative)
