Learning Outcomes
The familariization of the students with Ancient Christian Literature and Patristics: (a) The initiation of the students in the scientific reflection concerning the complex relationship between Hellenism and Christianism, (b) the understanding of the philosophical background of the Byzantine mystical theology, and (c) the conscious knowledge of the similarities and differences that exist between the sexual morality of Christianity and the modern conception regarding the relationship between man and woman, family life and love.
