Learning Outcomes
Students would practice with the linguistic analysis and translation techniques applied to medieval Greek texts. They would get familiar with the special problems related to one of the two texts they should read. Finally, they would understand the basic notions and trends in Byzantine literature through the study of the history of this literature.
