Learning Outcomes
They know the principles of the standard surveying instruments.
They are in a position to perform field measurements with the theodolite and the level-leveling rod system.
They possess the theory of the the basic surveying applications: horizontal and vertical angle measurement, distance measurement, geometric and trigonometric leveling, and they apply them in practice.

Introduction in Surveying. Surveying Control networks. Instruments and methods for measurements of angles, distances and altitudes. Developments in technology of instrumentation and measurements.
