Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is to offer students advanced techniques of plastic and reconstructive surgery of dogs and cats by using cases from clinical practice. The course includes the management of open wounds with local treatments, random and axial flaps and skin grafts.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Theory 1st hour Open wound local treatment 2nd hour Skin grafts 3rd hour Local flaps 4th hour Axial flaps 5th hour Plastic and Reconstructive surgery of the cat 6th - 7th hour Skin neoplasm surgery Laboratory 2 hours Axial flaps – cadaveric surgery Clinical practice 30 hours (3 hours per week)
