Learning Outcomes
1) The student will be able to search, select, analyze and synthesize bibliographic data in a specific scientific field and topic
2) The student will be able to organize the theoretical/bibliographic material and become familiar with a specific way of writing a scientific text
3) The student will be able to familiarize himself with the concept of plagiarism and its avoidance through the reproduction of bibliographic data
4) The student will become familiar with the use and citation of bibliographic references
5) The student will be able to search for fields of innovation/originality based on the literature review and will design the experimental or computational study that he/she will conduct, he/she will prepare the plan (experimental or computational studies) and he/she will present it to his three-members committee for approval

Course Content (Syllabus)
The postgraduate diploma thesis of the 3rd semester aims to introduce the student to the scientific research, research methodology and scientific literature, with the communication of their results, both written and oral, according to the rules applicable in the international scientific community. It includes the review of the scientific literature and the presentation of its results in a scientific subject. In addition, the student will look for fields of innovation/originality based on the literature review and will design the experimental or computational study that he/she will prepare as part of his master's thesis, and will present the plan of the study (experimental or computational studies) to his three-members committee for approval.
