Learning Outcomes
In the context of this course students are expected to -examine special aspects of maritime law -deepen their knowledge on maritime insurance -emphasize on maritime privileges and maritime mortgages -analyze the meaning of maritime claims under the 1976 London Convention -understand the procedure for the limitation of liability for maritime claims

The course examines special aspects of maritime law such as maritime insurance, maritime privileges and maritime mortgages as well as the limitation of liability for maritime claims under the 1976 London Convention.
