Learning Outcomes
With the successful completion of the course, students will be able to: - Find the necessary information in scientific sources and databases related to Food and Beverage Legislation - Understand special terms and details of the European Regulations concerning Food and Beverage Legislation - Apply the European Legislation for the proper labeling of food and drinks

Course Content (Syllabus)
Researching issues related to horizontal Food and Drink Legislation. In this course, at the beginning of the summer term, students (individually or in small groups) are given a specific topic that concerns general rules of the Legislation that apply to food and beverages. Before the end of the summer term, students should submit a written critical study and commentary on the topic based on the scientific knowledge they have acquired in the graduate study program, as well as answer any questions. The course includes • Bibliographic research and data collection • Critical analysis of the literature • Writing an essay to present the topic
